Subject: ripped by the electric company

northwest ohio
I put in a new service to a new drier bin 2 years ago with a meter just for the bin, last fall I added another drier bin so I used more electric of course so now the electric company said I went over the usage amount to be considered a small user. They now call me a medium user, problem is I only use the bins about 30days in the fall and a few days in Jan. to unload bins. Just notice they are charging me 62.66 a month no matter if I use the electric or not. Company says that is their policy. Only choice I have is to disconnect the service for the months I don't use it, what a crock! AEP of Ohio , and they wonder why we all think they are crooks.
