I am looking at buying a small tract of land for a hunting property that has a river running through it. There is access to both sides of the river from a paved road.
My concerns are what if any issues will I have from this river being there? I think in Texas anyone can travel rivers even across private property? What about governmental issues / regulations due to having the river there?
