SW WI | Bloomington Livestock Sale barn, the whole 120 hd ave wt. 821 lbs. Very even group, they weighed in groups of 30 hd. One buyer took all 120 @ $1.3925 very happy with that. Seemed like it was some good internet bidding. A buyer in the barn got the bid. Once again I think running them thru the sales barn put money in my pocket to offset commission, trucking, and yardage. I'm happy with the job they do at Bloomington. I had thought when we loaded them they might be a little heavier than the last ones. My wife won our bet, she thought they would be 819 lbs and I had said 840 lbs. Then I said I was going on the weight they were when they left the farm not at the sales barn. She was a good sport about that, I don't know what I owe her yet. | |
