West of Lincoln a little bit | Got this from the other ag board:
At 12-Noon:
Informa releases updated 2014 U.S. Acreage Estimates:
Corn=93.029 million vs. a previous estimate of 81.2 million. (is this a typo? Did he mean estimate of 91.2 not 81.2?)
Soybeans=81.204 million vs. a previous estimate of 81.264 million.
All-Wheat= 56.64 million, up from 56.15 million last year.
So what you're thought? too high, too low? if trade was really thinking 81.2 for corn, then markets should have crashed. either way, thinking corn could drop if they assume we're going to have a huge increase in acres. |
