Mascoutah, Illinois | Agweb.com has a story about a drought in the Central United States which was written on February 25th. The climatologist states May through July could bring drought from Texas to the Tennessee Valley due to the warming of the Pacific. I think the unfortunate folks in Texas have been living with a drought for a decade plus now.
