West Salem, Illinois | raises hogs for some sort of specialty market? We recently purchased a couple Berk gilts and plan to raise a few to show locally and possible sell and would like to develop some sort of freezer enterprise. I was searching the web and ran across Heritage Berkshire webpage and the prices they were asking for a few cuts of pork was what I have been asking for a whole pig! So just curious what others are doing. | |
