In management zones that are deficient in a nutrient how much of the removal rate would you have to put on ahead of time (planting) to carry the plant through the season? My thought is you would need to factor in stover removal as well to make sure the plant is not deficient during the season.
My thoughts are somewhere in the 25% of total removal range. What do you guys think?
