Montana | I learned a great way to dissolve partnerships when an item or entity is held by two people. If you have and Item that one will buy the other's part , You tell your partner to price the item and then you will decide to buy or sale.
A Ten thousand dollar tractor might only cost $3500 for half if your partner wants out, If He says Tractor is worth $12000.00 and you sell your half, you get six thousand for your half of a Ten thousand dollar tractor.
This is a wonderful way for friends to stay friends or for non friends to stop being in a partnership. :)
