| I've decided to get a generator-I'm concerned about losing power in super cold weather with an elderly mother in the house ( 50 year old 1700 foot single story brick veneer farm house ). the house has electric heat-that is the main thing I want to keep working in an outage. any suggestions as to size, type, price range, etc. I would need for such a set up. at the very least, I would want something powerful enough to run a good space heater, but would prefer to be able to use the present electric heating system. | |
