| My wife bought a nice pork loin yesterday, and since it is raining today ( no combining or sowing wheat ) , asked if I would grill for supper, I always have baked one in the oven before, but never grilled one yet.
I cut the loin into "steaks" about 3/4 to 1" thick and have them marinating in Italian dressing Worchester sauce, and a little lemon juice.
I am thinking this should not be much different than a pork chop not ?
I cut the loin at a slant against the grain to make bigger pieces and hopefully a more tender cut....
Anyone else have any pointers or ideas before I grill them later tonight ? Thanks in advance
