Subject: Help..Bull with a bunch?

Fayette Co, Iowa

Here is a 17 month old angus bull I bought this past March at a bull sale. I didn't notice this bunch on its brisket.. I took some pictures today while mowing weeds. It doesn't seem to bother him..... What could it be??
