Subject: Value of baleage

SW WI
Looking at converting the whole farm to organic next year. Right now I grow corn and beans in a notill operation. It'd be about 250 acres that'd I'd convert. If I do it I would like to seed the whole farm down to alfalfa and would have to sell all the feed for 3 years conventionally. I think with the price of feed ill be alright but the first year scares me the most. What would barley and peas or oats and peas cut for baleage be worth? How many tons an acre could I expect to get? I grew up on an organic beef cow farm so the organics is nothing new to me but I have only personally grew corn and beans conventionally. Also any other AgTalkers farm organically? Thanks a lot
