Rumor is that it has been sold to make room for a Hy-Vee grocery store. Hay auction will be moving to Petersburg, IA according to what I was told. Apparently, the Hess' have been battling with the city over all the loose hay blowing into subdivisions and some bales setting in piles there for weeks in some cases. Anyone else hear this?
