se montana | Got a bum calf we are all tired of bucket feeding, also got a hand full of lump jawed pairs that I'm not going to turn out for the summer. Think I'll sell the cows, and wein the calves. Sounds like a lot of work, but what could I do with the calves OTHER than bucket or bottle feeding?
Anybody ever discovered another way to raise these calves w/out milk?
Worth a try I guess!
We are very dry and cold in this part of the world, grass is gonna be short if not non existent. Culling everything possible and shipping yearlings early.
