Eastern, NC
Few pics from baling some rye this past week. Windrows are little loose but that's because previously in the day grandpa got a little to close to a guide wire and in his words just bent the side delivery board "just a little". More like beyond repair but him being 85 and still wanting to rake all the hay " because none of us can do it like he wants it" he could take the tongue slam off and i couldn't get the least bit ill with him. Just happy for him to be around.

Driftless SW Wisconsin

Thanks for the pics. Yes it is nice to see some new bales. That truck/trailer load would be a welcome sight in Wisconsin right now!

We're bale rich currently here in NC Jim. Still have barns stacked with peanut hay and little costal left.

Somewhere right around 3 tons to acre rolled 122 bales off of that 20 acre field. That trailer is 36 ft on the deck with 4 ft dovetail. We will come in disk and bed that rye field and plant peanuts there this year
