Northern Kentucky | I have a small group of nice yearling 5-6 weight heifers I was originally planning on keeping them for my cow calf operation since we are trying to build up our herd. Sold a group of 6 weight feeder bulls that averaged 645 and brought 1.37. Gets me thinking about selling my heifers to buy a few more cows. These aren't registered and feed isn't an issue if I keep them. I know I'm looking at a 2 yr wait on calfs out of this group just wondering what some opinions are. | |
