West Central Wisconsin | A friend of mine called today and was telling me his SIL's father recently passed away. He was widowed and lived alone along a highway. When siblings gathered back at Dad's house they dicovered some valuables had been stolen. Now that's bad enough but before the thieves left they turned off the furnace and opened windows in the house. Now the children have to deal with burst pipes on top of losing their Dad.
