Is this where the USDA would give it's first or some information about the number of acres it expects for each crop and their yields ?  Feb. 21-22, 2013. 

One marketing adviser was suggesting making some corn sales before that date.  Agree ?  They are hoping for $7.50 corn sale opportunity between now and then.
