it appears that:
percentage of ethanol used in gasoline will rise from 20 to 25% in coming year....it had been reduced due to smaller cane crops
some closed ethanol plants will come back on line when harvest starts about April 1
higher ethanol production may support sugar prices
some other interesting data in the article, too
