Subject: What in your opinion is causing this cOw a probleM?

whitesville new york
I have a holstein cow about 3 months into her 2nd lactation. She has been milking 70lbs. I thought she looked ok Saturday but yesterday I notice she didn't go eat balage and dry hay. She came in last night and didn't eat any dry hay or consilage and i don't kown if she ate any grain, I think her neighbor might have ate it for her. She felt cold and didn't look to good. She looked a little worse this morning so I called the vet. He didn't come up with anything, but we gave her a bottle of cmpk in the vein. I was going to load her on the truck and send her to the sale barn but when we started getting her out of the stall she started shaking really bad and almost fell so we decided not to put her on the truck.

List of symptoms
She is cold under 100 deg
Slow weak heart beat
Boarder line ketotic
Rumen is fine
Thought it was a da but vet said no

She Has been given a bottle of cmpk, propylene glycol, and la200. I wouldn't say I have seen any improvement.
