Subject: Anyone haul there own fats to packer?

Alma NE

I took a load of fat cattle to JBS Swift in Grand island Ne today while sitting in the unload line i got to wondering how many or even who on here haul to the packer them selves .(these were my bosses cattle)

Also out of curiosity how many head does that plant process in a day? , It always seems like the pens are full and trucks lined up waiting to unload . I was there about 1.5 hrs and there was only 3 trucks ahead of me .

By the way out of all the plants i have been to in my trucking career this place has got got to be the dirtiest of them all Hog plants included .
