Subject: 30" beans notilled into untouched cornstalks questions

swohio
After posting a few weeks ago about planting notilling 30" beans, think I'am going to try some. First question would be do you move hitch over so tractor tires don't run over stalks? I built my 15" bean planter so you would not do that and it worked great. Could run on angle but like to run with row. Second question would be what populations to run with 30" rows. Have been about 140,000 with 15's. Lastly, has anybody sidedressed beans with whatever type of fert.? Thanks.
