Subject: 2004 Ford Taurus

I recently bought a 04 Taurus from a local dealer. I just wanted this car for an everyday back and forth to work vehicle. It looks very clean and only has 70k miles on it and paid 4400.00 out the door. When I test drove it there were a few problems with it, it would spit and sputter and I figured it was because this car was on the lot for awhile and had not been driven.

Two weeks ago today I bought it and the dealer has had it ever since and they just figured out what the problem was. This Taurus comes with the 24v engine and one of the valves was bad causing one of the 6 cylinders to run at 80%. They have had to have parts machined and replaced all 24 valves for me. I have not actually paid for the car but have papers signed and have a "deal" with the salesmen. I'm glad that they are taking care of this before handing this car over to me but should I be worried?
