East central Indiana | Called for locates. went through the process. Was ditchin along when the buckeye just came to a complete stop tried hammering on it a little but wouldnt budge. Looks like an 8 inch steel gas line that was abandoned. Nobody (electric,phone,gas,or a few other companys) have any idea what its for other than it is in the old road bed where 9 was back in the 50s.
