Subject: truck floor question.

North Central Kansas
I recently bought a 85 GMC truck that I want to put my gravity wagon on. (tank is off)

I would like to be able to put it on to use for beans and wheat, then take off and use for other things.

If I put a bed on it and center it on the bed, I would have a spot that I have to notch out apx 1 foot wide and 3 foot long.
With the auger on it, it would be 106" wide

I could move it over to where the center gate hangs off the side of the truck bed, and then the unit would be apx 12 inches off center to the left, and make the unit 120" wide overall.

The box would sit up high enough so the tires would not be rubbing on the down spout. And it would be forward enough as it would not bother either.

It is hard to put into words what I am saying.
If you look at the link below, in front of the tire, there is a hole for a gas tank hose.
try to picture from the 2 gas tank holes a notch cut out that would be 3 foot long, and 1 foot into the bed.

I am not too worried about the overall width

The bed could be"
7 foot wide bed on and have about a 6" cut out on the drivers side
or
7.5 foot bed on, and have it be off 6" narrower on the drives side and have a 6" cut out
