Western Nebraska | We used to put all our hay up with Jd loaf stackers and feed the hay with hydra forks or tub grind and put it through the feed wagon. This year we bought a baler and put up quite a few bales along with some loafs. Just wondering what kind of processor we should purchase. We can get 2 alfalfa stacks on the hydra fork and feed quite a few cows because the stacks weigh about 3 ton a piece. Will need something that will be able to haul more than 2 bales. Don't want to travel back and forth between meadows and stack yard all day long. It will be used to feed 850 cows. Just wondering if anybody has one that can haul 5 or more bales and how they like it. Thanks for the replies. | |
