I am looking at buying some milo stalk bales with 2250 nitrates and 13% protein, unharvested with lots of leaves and grain heads.  Will I have to feed any supplement with this since the protein level is so high.  I thought the rule of thumb was anything over 10% protein for beef cows just goes out the back. I won't be grinding it if that makes a difference.
