Subject: Schuler BF125

Does anybody have a rough estimate of what a new apron and elevator chain for a BF125 would cost?  Found one in a neighbor's fence row that is in decent shape but it has sat for 20+ years and will need new chains and I'm trying to figure out how much it's worth with broken chains.  A year ago those old feed wagons were a dime a dozen and with the drought they have become pretty valuable and hard to find.  I don't think this one was used more than a few years by a small farmer and other than the chains and faded paint it seems to be in good condition.

Also has anybody converted one of these to hydraulic drive, looking in the parts book at how the factory option hydrualic drive is setup it looks pretty easy to do.  I'd like to be able to feed without taking the 3pt bale mover off the tractor and it would get in the way of the pto shaft.
