It is called a state grade, both buyer and seller are bound to the outcome. No need for crop adjusters to be involved on grain hauled out of field to a grain buyer for A-Toxin, when a state grade is used, until it's time to settle the claim.
RMA dimwits in charge need to get their heads out of rears and fix the can of worms they have created.
Either RMA needs fixed or defunded with the amount incomptent boobs in charge.
