New Mexico | Off 12% nationally as comped to 011 same frame. also down 2% below the 5 yr avg. I'd say the numbers crunch that was inevitable on consuming the beef cow factory is officially here. the afore is with a pile of dry weather cows moving. Interesting. dairy cow slaughter is up 60% for 012 as comped to 011, and up 70% comped to the 5 yr for the s. ie TX OK NM LA AR. beef cow slaughter in the afore states is 24% below 011 this yr. Afore is all year to date data.
