Subject: Drought Corn Feed Analysis

Audrain County, Missouri
The sample results from our most recent green chop field came back today and, so far, we've been very lucky concerning nitrates. The highest level we've seen of our tests was 0.08. We've been feeding on this field for a couple weeks, and filled a bag with this corn on Tuesday. The field was appraised at 0 bushel per acre and there are almost no ears on any of the corn in the field. Wherever there is an ear, it's scattered or not pollinated at all. At least we're able to get some good out of it.
