Southeast Wyoming | I have a 3 user edition of QuickBooks Pro 2012 running on XP. I have one copy installed on a desktop computer and one on a laptop.
As I understand the license this qualifies as one use, is that correct?
The most important issue though is can this be set up so that I can work with files on the desktop, this laptop and another laptop at the "same time" and then integrate the entries, either online or through my inhome wifi network?
I am way behind on record keeping and I would like to be able to work on 2011 records inhome or over-the-road in my semi and also have someone possibly working on 2012 records off site and then be able to pull all of that back onto the desktop computer at the end of the day/week/month.
Is this possible? If so, would someone please lead me through it or point me towards specific instructions.
Or does this require constant interaction of the computers with the database located at a central location? Any suggestions please.
TIA
