Short blurb in today's paper, China is investing more in African infrastructure.
I'll assume getting better access to more grains is a part of that, aside from politcal stuff?
The blurb said China was saying they didn't want to see Africa infuenced & controlled by other meddling countries. I took that to mean they wanted to control & influence Africa. ;)
