Subject: 96c cornhead on TR99

Geneva, Ohio
I have a 96c 8rn cornhead that i have on a Tr99. It was originally on a cr960. Head functions fine but leaves the stubble less than in a ideal condition compared to my 974. I have heard of different conversions to knife rolls also sharpening the existing rolls that look like too much work. I also entertained the thought that the drive speed of the head is different on a Cr than a TR? just a thought! Head looks very similar to a 2208 do the parts interchange? thanks peanut gallery.
