Subject: Erratic flow on Rogator RG1300 with Agleader Integra

We have just purchased a Rogator RG1300 which goes well. I'm just having trouble getting the flow control to be stable. Today I was spraying with a target rate of 90 l/ha, the actual rate applied was constantly oscillating between say 10 and 220 l/ha. I tried shutting down the valve to put back pressure on the flow meter - that didn't work, I ran for quite a while so I don't think there was any air in the system (if that's a problem how do I avoid it?) and I think the speed reading on the integra screen (coming from a starfire receiver) was acurate, at least when it was placed in manual mode and a constant speed was maintained, the applied rate remained constant also.

Any ideas on what could be the problem would be much appreciated. What settings should I be running for the pump controller - e.g. Gain, PWM standby, zero flow offset etc, and will any of these cause my problems anyway?

Thankyou.
