My semi tractor has suddenly begun to only draw from the drivers side fuel tank. It appears to have a pump in the line between the tanks. Is that a transfer pump between the tanks? Both come from the top of the tank, there is no connecting line at the bottom. My old volvo had a connecting line at the bottom so I'm not familiar with this setup. thanks!
