Subject: Planting 15in corn with a 1240?

East central ontario

Says in case 1240 manual that they don't recommend that you plant 15in corn with their planter because of plugging problems with the air delivery, anybody chime in on this? Would like to plant 15in corn for silage on our dairy farm
