Washington, Iowa | Well, here in S.E. Iowa the coons say our late March planted , 75 day Temptation is ready to eat. Let's here your advice how to properly prepare roasting ears. My youngest daughter was asking. We generally bring our water to a boil, cook 2-3 minutes and ENJOY. Personally can't consume much being a type 2 diabetic. 3-4 good ears can a 140 level to 400 in a couple hours. Corn is about 4' tall with descent ears considering not much rain until this past Friday. Thanks , Tom | |
