southern michigan hillsdale co | Got a problem I hope you fellows can help me out with as nobody else can figure out;;; i bought this Jd 300 industrial version of a 1530. the tractor is a diesel, it will start cold but after you run it awhile it will not start, it runs ok , but it lacks power under load, i was told it was the injector pump put new one on timed it but still have same problem, put a new transfer pump before the injector pump also, It will not start on starting fluid when it is hot, Someone put a heck of a starter on it that really spins it fast. sometimes it will start when it is hot most times not, most times when it is cold it fires right off, I am at my whits end on this |
