Grabill, Indiana | We are getting our new-to-us Gleaner R52 ready for wheat. We have the setting guidelines from the owner's manual and will use that as a starting point. We will be adding filler bars to the concave tomorrow. On a side note, I am still walking funny from the pain of paying for that expensive set of steel.
We bale our straw and our combine is equipped with a straw chopper, what can we do to the chopper to limit the damage to the straw?
Any suggestions for getting this machine set for wheat?
