| I am thinking of renting a pasture 2or3 miles down the road and putting someone elses cows in it for shares. Would i be responsable for mineral, creep feed? What else do i need to be looking at to have both sides covered? I am planning on a contract and doing the agreement with a friend or neighbor. I have talked with others that have done similar scenario, they have done a 50/50 split but didn't know What all I Should be responsable for. | |
