For me its time spent holding my son, catching up with my wife, sleep/nap, playing bass guitar in church,agtalk...

not necessarily in that order... but sometimes exactly in that order...

those are daily/weekly escapes...

seasonal escapes are a motorcycle trip to NE Iowa or back roads to oxford/tiffin/parnell... or deer hunting in the fall/winter. a day fishing, and every once in a while a break at the bar with a couple friends...
