Clear Lake, IA | Dad and I have been looking at corn heads, we currently run a 983 with the full Calmar "CHOPPER" set up. We like the head but would like to do a better job chopping. We have looked at some 608C's but even three yaers old heads are bringing big money. We started looking at Drago's and have a dealer three miles from our shop, so as far as parts go that is not an issue. Anything I need to know before moving forward on a purchase? I have found six nice heads with in 100 miles of me, they are '08-'10's, What do I need to look for on these heads? I am planning on direct driving my 9650 so I don't have an explosion up front. Any other add on's I will need? | |
