NCND | I have been bless with this. I mean blessed. At 37 the idea of being on meds all my life wouldn't have been good. Started giving blood this morning, once a week for the next sixteen weeks. Does anyone have any tips for giving blood. I felt like I was going to pass out today, much my own fault for not eating before I went, but I didn't know what to expect. Googled it and come up with eating a iron rich diet before and after, thats not going to get me anywhere. Any tips would be great. | |
