Subject: Can't make boom electric ball valve work on case-ih3320 sprayer

NE SD

Just got sprayer out of shed and one of the 6 electric boom shutoff valves will not open. There is power there but no motor action to open the valve. Are these common to go bad or is there any fix to them or just buy a new one? How much $$?
