Anyone can join us here, even if you didn't start at the beginning of the year. Any time is a good time to get healthy.

Can you believe it, the last week of March already. Has this warm weather that we have been experiencing gotten you outside working more, or going for those walks? I hope so. Don't think that your workouts have to be some structured thing like running on a treadmill, or riding bike, all good of course. But if you have work to do, put your all into it and it can be a good workout too. Raking the yard, hoeing the garden, washing windows (great upper body workout), vacuuming and getting down and scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees. Boy, if you men would do any of those things your wives would L-O-V-E you. The plus there is getting in a good workout and you get a clean house. So make it a point this week to get moving again.

I had a pretty good weigh in today. I lost 3.6 pounds. I am getting up and heading to the basement family room and doing a 5 mile walking tape with Leslie Sansone. I get a really good workout with her and it helps my joints alot. So that brings my total up to 47.6 pounds. Hope you all have a great week.

Guymon, OK
I'm still here, just been kind of busy and haven't ventured into Kitchen Table yet. I'm holding steady this week.

I have never posted to this topic but have kept my eye on it. We got back from our 40th wedding anniversary trip the first of Feb and I decided it was time to get back in a little better shape. I set a goal to lose 30 by planting. I have lost 28 and need to loose 2 more before I plant. (want to start Monday). It has really went well and am getting accustomed to salads and grilled chicken. Miss the breads and pastas. Now hope to keep going and lose another 15.
