Ok if I was any good at taking screen shots I would post the current radar image, but Im not.
I know a while back on NAT there was talk about what ghost lines and circles meant on the radar and how much rain was to fall 24 hours afterwards. But what about the current radar and the huge BULLSEYE on it right now?
