Subject: john deere 8300 drill seed rate problem

denver, colorado
I have a JD 8300 26/6 grain drill fluted feed. I have trouble with it feeding evenly. When planting sudan grass it's OK. when I plant a grass mix at 40lb/A its ok when I drop the rate to 30lb/A its ok but when I try to plant 20lb/A the right section seed rate drops off to less then half what the other 3 sections are planting. At the other rates everything seems to feed fairly evenly speed 6mph the seed cup gates are adusted the same. The measurements off the notch openings seem the same what is changing the amount of seed being fed out?
