Oxford County, ON | With all the fire related posts over the last few days, I thought I'd post a cool picture of an auto garage fire we had last Friday that occurred right on our township's boundary with the City of Woodstock, who also showed up (black bunker gear). Our tanker used its 2 preconnects to protect a house less than 8ft from the garage (only damage was some scorched siding) while the pumper found the nearest hydrant and began laying 4" hi-vol. A total of 3 stations- 3 pumpers and 3 tankers, plus a pumper and aerial from Woodstock all attended. Our total time including equipment clean-up was 10 hours.
