Wind was really blowing 25 to 35 MPH my guess in the MO river bottoms just east of Atchinson KS and the dirt at times was blowing over the hwy , all flooded last summer so no cover on ground, saw some farmers applying NH3 and some farmers V Ripping and field cultivating, Springs a coming.
Dirt was a moving today
